will be held on the Clubhouse on 7 March 2026 at 1700hrs, for the transaction of the following business.

1. Confirmation of the updated Evans Bay Yacht & Motor Boat Club Incorporated’s Constitution to comply with the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
