CENTENARY DINNER

EBYMBC was established in 1919 and we are celebrating with a special dinner on Saturday 8 June 2019.
The evening will include a guest speaker, a two course meal and plenty of time to discuss battle stories from days (and years gone by).
The EBYMBC Centenary Dinner will be one to remember!
Tickets are strictly limited to 100 so get in quick!

Tickets include a two course sit down meal and a complimentary drink (bubbles or OJ) on arrival.

$75 per person

1900hrs  Call to dinner by MC for evening
1905hrs  Welcome by Commodore
1910hrs  Main course
2010hrs  Keynote speaker Martin Tasker (speech and Q&A)
2100hrs  Dessert and tea/coffee

DINNER MENU

All guests will have the choice of one main and one dessert course.  These will need to be selected when booking your ticket.

MAIN COURSE

  • Fillet steak with potato gratin  and french green bean salad;
    or

  • Salmon fillet with pine nut salsa  with sweet potato cake and  wilted chinese greens;
    or

  • Stuffed cabbage with mint ricotta and parmesan and roast cauliflower and rocket salad (vegetarian)


DESSERT

  • Plum jelly with vanilla bean ice cream and brandy snap;
    or

  • French chocolate with chocolate sauce and whipped cream


Please note that all the dishes are gluten free (other dietary requirements need to be advised)
